Nick Jonas Wants to be President

Musician Nick Jonas is keen to make the move into politics, and has wanted to serve his country since he was a young child.

“I’ve always said that I would like to be president," Nick said. "It’s kind of my whole thing. I’m starting the campaign now.”

The 16-year-old star also spoke about his struggle with diabetes – a medical condition where the body does not produce enough or respond properly to insulin, and which can lead to renal failure and blindness - saying he wants to raise awareness of the condition.

He explained to CNN show ‘The Situation Room’: “I’m here to basically raise awareness and encourage people to continue to do what they can to raise awareness as well in their own circle and on a broader scale," he explained on the CNN show 'The Situation Room.'

“Obviously, we’ve made some advances in technology to better manage our diabetes, but we’re hoping for a cure one day, and that’s what the main goal is.”

Joe Jonas Injures Brother Nick

That's what Joe Jonas gets for showing off. During their concert in Philadelphia this weekend Joe Jonas decided to give the crowd a taste of his drumming skills. To bad for his brother Nick, when it ended with him getting his hand smashed hard with a drumstick by Joe. Way to go Joe.

Jonas Brothers Get Ready For Camp Rock 2

Kevin, Nick, and Joe Jonas along with Demi Lovato will soon be filming Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam for the Disney Channel. Although last year's Camp Rock scored big ratings, this sequel has a new director,Paul Hoen, and an all new plot.

The played by the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato characters return to Camp Rock, to find out that many of their friends and instructors from last year have not returned, but instead they have choosen to attend the rival Camp Star. The returning campers and instructors include Meaghan Jette Martin, Maria Canals-Barrera, Alyson Stoner and Daniel Fathers.

Camp Rock 2's plot borrows from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. Nick ends up falling for the daughter of the owner of Camp Star.

The Disney Channel movie begins filming this summer and will premiere somtime in 2010.

Kevin Jonas Engaged!

Any girls who were planning on becoming Mrs. Jonas anytime soon only have two brothers left to choose from. People has confirmed that Kevin Jonas, the oldest brother, has proposed to his girlfriend of two years, Danielle Deleasa on Wednesday. Jonas told the magazine that he appeared on her New Jersey doorstep, got down on one knee, and asked if she would marry him. Of course, Danielle said yes.

Jonas and Deleasa first met in Bahamas, where both their families were vacationing. At the time, the Jonas brothers were still trying to reach stardom and Deleasa had never even heard of them. "It was tough performing last night, knowing that I was going to ask the biggest question in my life to the most amazing girl in the world," Kevin said. He arrived from Toronto on an overnight flight to ask her to marry him.

Double Standards Just as Strong in Hypocritical Hollywood

The permanently pubescent stricken Jonas Brothers were flashed by adoring female fans this week. If you are not up on the Jonas Brothers, they have sworn off sex until marriage. So what is the worst thing anyone could do to these poor boys?

Yes, the answer is the temptation of female anatomy. In this case young girls held up a sign TAKE US WE'RE YOURS and dutifully lifted their shirts exposing their breasts. God... how can these girls take it so far! It's just not fair to these young boys. Fortunately the boys had the wisdom to cover their eyes.

Here is where societies hypocrisy comes into play. Were the girls arrested? Nope. Security just ordered them to lower their shirts and asked to leave. If a man did this, security would have beat them senseless out the door and police would have been called with charges made. Thank you Hollywood for this one time where you were no different than the rest of the country. Women really do get away with much more than men.

When I saw this I just could not resist posting! The new Jonas Brothers album titled "Lines, Vines, and Trying Times" will be hitting stores on June 15th! We'll admit, we got a little chuckle out of a skit that the Jonas Brothers and Alec Baldwin starred in together during last night's Saturday Night Live. The Jonas Brothers acted in about 3 skits but we found this one online of Baldwin acting as the 4th Jonas Brother, see what goes down:

Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience

Hey, I thought Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas were officially on the outs with each other? On February 27, theaters nationwide will feature Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience. Taylor Swift is a special guest in the movie, I wonder if it was filmed before the middle Jonas brother broke up with her in a text message and she proceeded to tell the world about her heartbreak? The three-dimensional film will allow fans to get closer than ever to Nick, Kevin and Joe, as cameras followed around The Jonas Brothers during last year's "Burning Up" tour. Britney Re-Hires Old Assistant

Here's more proof that Britney Spear is getting back on track! Phew! Former assistant Felicia Culotta, who most recently worked for The Jonas Brothers, has returned to Team Britney, just in time for the Circus tour, which kicks off March 3rd in New Orleans. We are so close! PS. Jamie Spears (Britney's father) and Kevin Federline have both signed a document which clears the path for Britney taking her kids on the road.

"Britney has always held a special place in my heart, and over the course of the last year I have seen her work harder than she ever has in her entire life," Felicia Culotta said in a statement last night on Britney Spears' official site. "Sadly, I am really going to miss the Jonas boys, but I felt I had to be a part of this exciting time in Britney's career. I love Britney and missed her dearly."

We had heard that Britney and Felicia had a serious fallout and Britney fired Felicia when she was going through her.. crazy stage. Culotta had been Britney's assistant during the prime of her career. She knows the ropes! Good luck!
