Carrie Prejean Sueing the Miss California Organization

It seems that Carrie Prejean isn't going quitely. Prejean was fired from being Miss California earlier this summer by Donald Trump. According to sources, Carrie is filling a lawsuit against the Miss California organization and also against the California pageant organizers Keith Lewis and Shanna Moakler. Donald Trump is not mentioned in the suit.

Prejean filed claims alleging public disclosure of private facts, libel, slander, religious discrimination, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Prejean's complaint alleges "conspiracy" and "wrongful conduct" agaist her by Moakler and Lewis. Even Perez Hilton is mentioned in the suit. Lawyer for the pageant organizatio and Prejean's lawyers are in the process right now of trying to settle this out of court. Seems like Prejean wasn't content with her 15 minutes of fame and wanted 15 more.

Perez Hilton Sues Black Eyed Peas Manager

On Tuesday, Hilton's lawyer made statements that Perez would file a lawsuit against Liborio "Polo" Molina, the manager for the Black Eyed Peas, for assault that occurred on Monday. Hilton has in fact filed that suit. Lawsuit accuses Molina of battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. According to the suit, Molina hit Hilton numerous times and Hilton suffered an injury to his eye. Hilton is seeking unspecified damages.

In related news, Hilton issued a statement apologizing for using an anti-gay slur against Will.I.Am during the incident. His website read,"I am sorry that any good work I have done for promoting equality may be tainted by me reclaiming a hurtful word — that's been personally used against me and the gay community — to hurt someone that was verbally attacking me. It was stupid." Perez also stated that he would never use the anti-gay slur again and apologized to the gay community, not GLAAD. "I am not apologizing to GLAAD," he wrote. "I could care less about them, my former employers."

Manager of Black Eyed Peas Charged in Perez Hilton Assualt

Liborio "Polo" Molina, the manager of the Black Eyed Peas, has been charged by the Toronto Police with assault against Perez Hilton. A spokesperson for the Toronto Police Service told sources that Molina, turned himself in to the 52 Division branch of the Toronto Police Monday afternoon, hours after the alleged assault took place outside a nightclub. Per department policy, the name of the victim in the case will not be released, though Hilton has already announced that he himself is the victim. Hilton claims he was hit "two or three" times in the head.

Molina is due back in Toronto's courthouse on August 5 to answer to the assault charge. According to the Canadian Criminal Code, he could face a maximum of five years in prison if prosecutors chose to charge him with an "indictable offense" or up to 18 months if he is charged with a "summary offense."

Perez Hilton, Assaulted

Perez!! Wow...who would have thought it. According to Perez Hilton he was assaulted by Will.I.Am from the black eyed peas. He started Twittering about his need for someone to call the police at around 3:00am in Toronto after the MuchMusic Awards. He continued to update his twitter stating how he was in shock about what happened as well as letting his readers know when the police finally came to him. According to his twitter he did call the police before he twittered about it but felt "helpless" because no one had come to his aid. You can imagine how many people probably called the Toronto police for Perez. No one knows what happened because Will.I.Am is completely denying it. He has even set up a video stating from his point of view what exactly happened that night. Check out his video here from DipDive here.

Perez Hilton Takes Shot at Ryan Seacrest

Perez Hilton is scum. Yes I said it. Sunday he posted an unflattering photo of Ryan Seacrest when he was a tween. Glasses, braces the full boat of embarrassment.

Why did Perez post it? Because it's unflattering. His caption? "Ryan was such a cute little chubster!"

And why? Why post this? This is the problem with Hilton and the Press in general. They build you up so they can tear you down. Then do it all over again.
Here is my take on the photo. Good for him! The guy has already said he had image issues as a child and was shy and picked on. The guy took this battle on head first and look where he is now. He is picked on by others in the media for not having enough talent. OK.... and what is Perez Hilton's talent? He's no different than Seacrest except he stayed a chubster.

Did Perez Hilton Discriminate?

Discrimination sucks. Older people shouldn't be overlooked for a job to go with a younger applicant. Women shouldn't face a glass ceiling. Men shouldn't be discounted excellent single parents, the list goes on. But when it comes to a beauty pageant, are all bets off?

Take for instance Perez Hilton's damning decision to fail Carrie Prejean (Ms California) in the final round of the Miss USA contest. He asked her a loaded question, one which he had a serious bias in, and she was given a zero on her answer for answering it against his belief system. What was it? He asked her if she agreed with same sex marriage. Perez is openly gay and human nature tells you any question against his choice of living was bound to hurt her. It is less than ironic that he chose to ask only her the question based on her open Christian values. So the landmine was set and she answered according to her values and convictions.

The question is now, do you penalize someone for disagreeing with you, or do you give them points for standing up for their beliefs? After all, Perez stood up for his. Perez commented after the event, "She lost it because of that question. She was definitely the front-runner before that."

Now this is a beauty contest. One that at one time was based on paleolithic underpinnings. A 'guy thing'. Over time it's become a politically correct wash. The word beauty is dropped and de-emphasized. What are we judging these ladies on now? What standards are really in play? Isn't the point of the pageant (remnant description of the event) to use your own personal discrimination? Or is it to judge based on looks, talent (use that term losely) and smarts? You can go so many directions with this. The funny thing is no one ever cares about these contests until somone finds something offensive to stand on a soap box and complain about.

This question is going to be played out for some time now. This explosion is in a soft state. It should erupt and grow due to what appears as 'discrimination' to many legal analysts. Perez would be wise to how much he reflects on this situation as he is a celebrity blogger that is now becoming the news instead of one reporting on it. I mean to say, 'everything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.' Mark my words, this is only the beginning. Legally this Miss USA dust up will go no-where, but our society is now beginning to examine the issue of gay marriage in a way that draws every one of us into it like it or not. For now... the question remains, did Perez Hilton discriminate?

What Do You Think About Miss California?

It all started when gossip blogger Perez Hilton was chosen to ask Miss California Carrie Prejean a question, and proceeded to inquire about her views on same-sex marriage. She answered that it was "great" that the option is available in some states, but that "in my country and in my family, I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman -- no offense to anyone out there." In her country? Don't we all live in The United States?

Hilton has proceeded to go on a media blitz attacking her and she's all over the Internet. Gay rights activist groups have spoken out against her as well. NOTE: Miss California didn't win the competition. Miss North Carolina actually won the crown! Did you know that? Poor gal, the media isn't bothering to really discuss her!

The beauty queen also went on Billy Bush's radio show on Monday, saying she believes her comment on gay marriage "cost me my crown," but she "wouldn't have had it any other way. I said what I feel."

What are your thoughts on this controversy? It seems people are split about her answer depending on their stance about the issue of gay marriage. Miss California was both booed and cheered for her answer.
