Borat, Bruno, And Now???

Sacha Baran Cohen went from Borat, a Kazakhstani TV reporter travelling across the United States to Bruno, a fame driven fashionista, but he’s not stopping there. Of course not, he wouldn’t be Sacha Baron Cohen if he stopped there! 2011 brings us with a new character, a Eruopean pop star. He will be a singer who enters the Eurovision Song Contest, an annual singing competition ABBA won last year.

At first Cohen wanted to use his fame obsessed Austrian character, Bruno, but he and his writing partner Dan Mazer thought of just creating a completely new character. A source said: "He and Dan thought it would be better if Sacha dreamt up another character, and the scope for another oddball creation is huge."

But we don’t have to wait for Sacha till 2011…the eccentric actor has agreed to play Spanish twins in a new movie “downsizing”. He will play both brothers who are identical with the exception of the difference in their height. Who knew identical twins could defer in height!!!! The new movie will also start Reese Witherspoon and Meryl Streep.

We all know Sacha’s style and fearless actions so Spain better get ready because who knows what antics he’ll be up to.

Bruno's Antics End In Injury

Looks like Eminem isn't the only one getting made at Bruno this week. A woman is sueing Sacha Baron-Cohen, claiming that his shenanigans put her in a wheelchair. The incident occurred in May 2007, while Sacha was filming his new film, Bruno. The incident occurred at a bingo hall in Palmdale, CA, where the woman claims that Cohen offensively touched, pushed, and battered her. When she called out for help she claims that three of Cohen's crew members attacked her, trying to provoke an emotional response from her to film.

After the woman was able to get away from the men, she was found sobbing uncontrollably. She soon then passed out, hitting her head on the floor. She was been in a wheelchair ever since. Cohen has been under fire from lawsuits before. The previous ones had to deal with his previous movie, Borat, although none involved physical injury. Looks like Cohen isn't going to be able to joke his way out of this one.
