An Iranian refugee with his mouth stitched, lies on a pavement during a hunger strike outside the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Athens August 6, 2010. Two Iranians who set up a camp outside the UNHCR offices 10 days ago continued their hunger strike on Friday after their asylum applications had been rejected, according to George Tsarbopoulos, head of the UNHCR office in Athens.
