Jon Gosselin and TLC Reach a Settlement

Hopefully we will finally stop hearing about Jon Gosselin's fight with TLC because they have settled their lawsuits against each other.

"TLC has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation," TLC said in a statement. "All terms of the settlement are confidential. The whole Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC. "

"(TLC) hopes they will soon be able to film the family again," a source said. But Jon and Kate Plus 8 will not be returning.

TLC had filed a lawsuit against Jon for a breach of contract because he made various TV appearances without the network's consent. Jon then countersued the TLC for $5 million because he said that by preventing him from working with other media outlets, the network was damaging his career. He also forbid the TLC from filming his children with Kate Gosselin.

Jon Clears Out Family Bank Account

Jon Gosselin can't go 48 hours without doing something to makes the entire country despise him. His most recent action involves taking $230, 000 from a family's joint bank account. Jon's lawyer, Mark Heller, has an interesting track history of recommending divorcees to remove money from joint bank accounts.

Jon left Kate a mere $1,000 in their joint bank account. Kate is the one who pays the bills for her family because she lives with them full time. Jon took away the money Kate needs to provide for her childrens welfare.

Kate went on the Today show this morning to confirm that Jon took the money. During the interview, Meredith Vieira read a statement from Jon's lawyer claiming he didn't take any money. Kate candidly delivered her side of the story. Viewers will most likely empathize with her situation.

Jon, people want to hate Kate for treating you the way she did, but you are doing EVERYTHING in your power to make people hate you instead! Lay low, man, and stop making sensational headlines and media appearances. Overexposure is never a good thing.

Jon Gosselin + Michael Lohan = Bromance?

Jon Gosselin and Lindsay Lohan's father, Michael Lohan were spotted together in the Hamptons on Wednesday. Jon and his tabloid reporter friend, Kate Major, stopped by Lohan's Hamptons home.

"Jon is a friend, he's a great guy, he needed a place to get away to, and my doors were open to him and Kate Major," Michael said. "Jon and Kate [Major] are good friends of mine. She's with him [at Lohan's house]. Kate's like a daughter to me. When she needed a place my doors were open."

Apparently Jon and the new Kate in his life have been spending a lot of time together lately. The two were also spotted together last week at a New York City restaurant.

But what could the two famous dads, Jon and Michael, have in common? Perhaps they discussed how to make money off of their kids.

Jon Gosselin's New Girlfriend Has a Wild Side

There have been rumors flying lately that reality television star Jon Gosselin and his new girlfriend, Hailey Glassman, are engaged. Jon of course denies these rumors, but can we really believe him?

Hailey seems to be quite the party animal and has even had several run ins with the police. In 2005 she was busted for possession of marijuana Her Facebook was filled with photos of her smoking, drinking and often wearing skimpy outfits. A woman has also come forward claiming that she was Hailey's lesbian lover for three years. She does not sound like the motherly type, so hopefully she will not spend too much time with Jon's 8 kids.

Jon and Hailey recently vacationed together in the French Riviera. Jon and Kate officially filed for divorce on June 22, but Hailey has been listed as "in a relationship" on Facebook since May.

These two surley know how to create a scandal, so unfortunately we will not stop hearing about them anytime soon.

Jon Gosselin accused of Animal abuse

As if Jon Gosselin did not already have enough allegations thrown at him, he has also recently been accused of animal cruelty. He made a comment talking about how his children interact with their family dogs saying "Those kids beat them up, climb on them, pull their tails, bite at them, drag them around and everything you can imagine not to do to an animal, they've done." This caused quite a stir among animal activists and the Berks County, PA Humane Society began to receive complaints.

All of this fuss prompted Gosselin to release a statement. "I'd like to set the record straight," he said. "We understand the responsibilities of being good dog owners. Whenever my kids are with Shoka and Nala, everyone is carefully supervised to ensure that no one – dog or child – is injured. Shoka and Nala are loyal companions who we consider members of our family. We would never do anything to hurt them, and treat them with the respect and love that they deserve." An executive director at the Berks County Humane Society also said that the Gosselin's dogs are registered and up to date on all vaccinations.

There you have it, Jon Gosselin does not abuse animals. The poor guy just can't seem to catch a break lately.

The fate of Jon and Kate Plus 8

Reality TV stars Jon and Kate Gosselin admit to be going through a "rough patch" in their marriage. It is rumored that Jon has cheated on Kate with a 23-year-old teacher; he continues to deny the rumor, but did admit to using "poor judgment." Kate is not sure she believes him and when asked if they will split up she said, "I'm not going to rule it out, I'm not going to rule it in."
However, Kate may not be completely innocent either because there is some talk of her cheating on Jon with her body guard. Of course she claims that this is untrue and calls the allegations "disgusting, unthinkable, unfathomable." Will Jon and Kate Plus 8 continue or will it become Jon minus 9?
